This palace is the major draw in Bundi. Its unique architecture and mural-covered chambers are the elements that make it fascinating. It is, in fact, a collection of several interconnecting palaces spread across on a steep slope. This edifice was described by Rudyard Kipling as: “such a palace as men build for themselves in uneasy dreams – the work of goblins rather than of men”.
